Greetings!
Some PaladiNet.com sites are going to be moved and redeveloped in
ASP.NET to my new domain
www.Light-Crystal.net. Namely (and firstly) this will be the
Final Fantasy IV Chronicle. The PaladiNet.com Mission Statement Quality and Quantity; quality web design and a comprehensive quantity of quality content are the mission of this site. My goal is to create an intuitive, easy to use, functional, and aesthetically pleasing web domain. As I aspire to acquire marketable skills in the computer & information sciences, PaladiNet.com is a place for me to learn these skills and to provide a testimonial to their practical application. The goal of the content driven fan-sites hosted at PaladiNet.com is to provide concise, official, and complete information on the given topics at hand as well as maintaining the above global goals of the site. About The
PaladiNet.com site owner and Webmaster Unfortunately through college and beginning a career...I have had precious little time to devote to this site in the last couple of years. However my career has been web development. I am now a professional full time web developer for a high-end speaker manufacturer (I am immensely proud of this since I am an Audiophile). I have learned an immense amount of web development and design concepts. Much of this is due to having a great "boss"...more of a friend and mentor really... and the typical nose-to-the-grindstone sitting down and doing it learning. In the process I've come to abandon static HTML and the way this site you are reading is designed will be my last design of this type. I have learned ASP.NET server scripting, T-SQL database design and implementation, and various other technologies that will be fully realized in my personal endeavors at a new ASP.NET enabled site in the future. In any case I hope that you enjoy this website and it's content. Not only did I build it because I wanted to, but I hoped that other people would enjoy it as well. Like the voice said..."if you build it, they will come..." ~Paladin PaladiNet.com hosted and built on : OPTIMIZED FOR USE WITH MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER 6 Paladin uses hardware by:

Miscellaneous Info about Paladin (because some people like dull bios...): Paladin lives in the USA. In the middle of the USA in a mid-western state called Indiana. There is a big American Flag on the front page of this site for a good reason. I'm pretty damn proud of my flag. That's reason enough. Paladin and the general content of PaladiNet.com will tend to be conservative because...well paladin is a conservative kind of guy. Just so you know...Conservative does not equal Republican. Conservative does not equal Christian either.... Political Correctness will not be tolerated nor should it be expected on this domain. When I see an apple that's what I call it. Your suspicions are correct Paladin is one of those straight white male guys....You know...I drink Scotch, Bourbon, Stout Beer and Ale. Not the latest mixed drink or piss beer... I'm not a Christian (agnostic) but in America...In God We Trust....because in politicians we can't and shouldn't... If God's all he's cracked up to be then I'd rather place my trust in him...the founders of my country did. Oh...and before you scream homophobe go grow up...I don't care what you do in your bedroom. For some reason I just think the female form is a sublime natural work of art...go figure. Beyond that, one day I hope that I can be a worthy friend and companion to some poor girl... Yes Paladin still plays moldy old 16-bit video games. I will probably play video games for the rest of my life. 16, 26 or 86... Yes...Paladin was born in 1980 and still builds things out of LEGO bricks. Why...because I've moved on to building intricate models and belong to a club of ADULT Lego Modelers ranging in age from 18 to 60. Yes 60. Many of them are converted model railroaders. There's even a term for us, it's AFOL, Adult Fan Of Lego. Some of us are even ambassadors for the Lego company and work directly with them. Not me but one of my friends in our Lego Club is an official Lego ambassador. One guy living in Indiana worked with Lego to design the NXT programmable Lego robotics sets. Anyway...Laugh if you want but I don't plan on being one of those middle age white guys that does nothing... Paladin is an Audiophile. That doesn't mean I like to touch little boys you pervert, that means I "Love Audio" or more precisely I am interested in audio equipment that recreates music as accurately as possible. Please note that anathemas to this principle are MP3 algorithms (or any lossy audio compression format) and anything made by Bose. Bose is an acronym for "Buy Other Sound Equipment", and I advise you to do so...if you don't believe me then I refer you to Thomas Jefferson who said that "the man who reads nothing at all is better educated than the man who reads nothing but newspapers." Which is extended by saying that the person who listens without believing the marketing hype is a better ear than he who buys speakers based on nothing but hype and perceived quality by price proportionality. This extends to all brands of speaker and audio equipment (and anything really). I only single out Bose simply because they are the most aggressively marketed low quality audio equipment manufacturer out there. Still don't believe me...read this. Some of my other hobbies include Numismatics (coin collecting), Programming, studying history, watching Japanese Anime, Watching Movies, Listening to Music and Bicycling.
There you have it, thank you for taking the time to read about the site! |
